Present information to senior management regarding products, services, rates, installation fees, campaign
requirements and special offers in a clear, concise, accurate and professional manner.
Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts. This may involve working with the
area sales team or discussing future targets with the area supervisor.
Negotiating contracts.
Managing budgets considering catering, systems, conferences, hospitality, etc...
Schedule and perform presentations to medical staff.
Present high level dashboard reporting include daily call reports, weekly work plans, conferences,
monthly and annual territory analysis, etc.

Achieved 109% over the planned target for Xenical (obesity), Bonviva (osteoporosis) and Roaccutane
(Acne).

Organizing appointments and meetings with doctors and other medical staff.
Follow-up on all inquiries, complaints and other messages in a timely manner.
Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
Record all activity into reporting system timely and accurately.
Dispensing prescription medicines to the public.
Ensuring that different treatments are compatible.
Checking dosage and ensuring that medicines are correctly and safely supplied and labeled.
Liaising with doctors about prescriptions.
