 Maintaining Windows network environment with 5 2008R2 servers running ERP AX09 business application, SQL server 2008 database server and MS Exchange Server 2010.
 Managing company network (LAN, WAN, Fortigate80c VPN and firewalls)

 Support the following technologies: Microsoft Office 2007 products - Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Internet Explorer, Windows XP, desktops, laptops, printers, networked copiers, NIC’s, basic LAN/WAN connectivity and others as assigned.
 Administration of all support related operations.
 Management of support related documentation and technical information.
 Training of sub-ordinates, preparation and updating of customer technical files.
 Keeping up-to-date with IT industry innovations and undergoing continuous training.
 Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software problems.
 Maintain overall ownership of user’s issue & service ensuring that they receive resolution within a reasonable timeframe.

• Monitoring and configuration of Ka band VSAT terminals installed all over Pakistan.
• Installation of 74 cm, 98cm and 1.2m VSAT terminals.
• Coordinate with the Engineers/Technician on site during the installation and also troubleshoot the problem if there is any.
• Verify the site installation is up to the standards.
• Testing the inventory dispatched for the installation.
• Providing the tier 2 support to customer problems
• Technical Support team providing installation and technical for Company’s nationwide broadband satellite internet services.
• Responsible for SLA compliance and 24X7 NOC support.
• Testing of new solutions for as per customer requirement.
