Direct supervise the crew of Staff, Porters and Equipment Operators in the warehouse of cargo, courier and mail from/to the customers which require a high degree of attentiveness and speed at the same time to ensure low level of defect and provide high quality of service.
The build-up and breakdown of cargo, courier and mail in accordance with the requirements of the principals whilst complying with the published performance standards.
Accepting and delivering of all the special cargo such as DGR, AVI, VUN, PER, NWP Etc.
De-Consolidation of import console shipments.
Establish and maintain cordial professional relationships with internal and external customers and contribute to the attainment of customer service, product quality excellence, corporate growth, safety and profitability objectives.
Support the Cargo Hub Operations Officer in day to day administrative and operational reports.
Plan the loading of the cargo products into ULDs/bulk for carriage on the assigned aircraft in accordance with the priorities given, to achieve optimum utilization of capacity.
Check that the cargo is loaded as specified in the load plan and to ensure that the safety of the aircraft is not compromised and the product quality standards are maintained.
Ensure Shipment bookings and movements are made in SkyChain system (Airline Application) with complete SBHR inputs and shipments flown as booked/planned.
Assist in resolving claims and discrepancies liaising with concerned authorities and departments
Perform delegated tasks, administrative, operational and promotional which will enhance profitability for EK.
Managing and supervising Air Freight and warehouse Operations, Leading team members, preparing reports to the Senior Managers.
Coordinating with Overseas Agents, Airlines and the Sales Team. Providing perfect customer service for our Royal clients.
Very well knowledge about Dubai Customs & Abu Dhabi Customs and familiar with Dubai & Abu Dhabi Airport Operations
Implement new ideas to improve operations smoothly.
Assisting Finance for all accounts formalities.
Coordinating with all the Airlines for booking, rates and post flights updates etc., Customs documentation, Follow-ups for Customs deposits, Handling D.O. counter.
Monitoring the cargo delivery and inventory documentation of damage cargo. Clearance of export/import cargo including free zone documentation. Specialized in E-clearance.
Preparation of Cost sheet and Making Freight invoices.
Communicating with overseas offices, Customer service and coordination with sales team.
Supervising as Logistics Officer for Reedhycalog Drill bits and Electronics for worldwide Operations (Export/Import). Specialised in Mobile phones handling.
Warehouse inventory updating and bank guarantee and exit submission.
Supervising Operations export and imports. Assisting Finance as junior controller for petty cash/vouchers and daily collections.
Cargo Booking and Airway Bill Issuance.
Customer Support to the clients and Customs Handling.
