Process Standardization
- Preparing all possible preventive maintenance schedule for machines such as daily, weekly, monthly, semiannual & annual as per manufacturer's instruction.
- Compare generated load with actual consumption to analyze per unit effective cost.
- Source spare parts of machines or materials required for specific jobs to get maximum value at minimum cost.
- Ensure that all work is done according to standard practices as well as Rules and Regulations.
- Implementation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) & Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Ensure Health and Safety rules are systematically applied.
- Calibrating machines & equipment on periodic basis.
- Continue follow up with quality and production team for any quality issues arises by machine oil or needle.
- Analyze monthly capacity & sales projection for overhead monitoring
- Participate in monthly P&L meeting for cost reduction initiative
- Take necessary steps for any upcoming projects & initiate the feasibility of any project from engineering as well as resource management aspect.
A. Utility Management
- Responsible for all general & machine maintenance activities.
- Follow-up with the contractors and project related procurement, over all electrical, mechanical and
construction related support.
-Technical support to the machine suppliers for any customization.
-Optimizing utility cost by introducing solar panel system for lobby & general non-productive work areas.
B. Cost & Process Management
- Ensure that all required spare parts and materials are ordered, used or stocked in the most efficient manner so as to minimize all costs involved.
- Regular monitor to track boiler, generator fuel consumption with respect to power generation.
- Develop & implementation of process activities with responsible departments.
- Biweekly report to MD for individual management KPI's.
-Usages of raw (yarn) and processed materials (fabric)as per consumption approved.
- Reduce the wastage percentage & improve the cut to ship percentage.
- Analyze & report the stock inventory to keep the running stock at a minimum level to reduce liability.
- Responsible for groups manufacturing excellence projects & policy making.

- Coordinating in 5S program.
To maintain EME (Electro Mechanical) functions with other civil works.
Monitor mechanical equipment (Generator, Crane, and Fork Lift).
Installation of a passenger lift (600 kg capacity).
Plan & schedule work & resource utilization.
Prepare BOQ of projected materials as required.
Ensuring safety and security of the work environment due to mechanical equipment handling.
