Maintenance Engineer workshop
• To maintain all kind of construction machinery such as cement bulker dumper/ nichaal, pickup, medium vehicles, Roller, grader, loader, excavator, dozer in different brands( Volvo, cat, komatso Hyundai).
• To manage repair and maintenance of Mercedes, MAN, JAC, Schwing pumps unit and mixer .
• Managing the maintenance of various kinds of generator Perkins, FG willson, CAT and air compressor Atlas capco, Sullair and their maintenance compliances. Periodic, overhauling at various sites.
• Manage all workshop material as per requirement.
• Raise Requisitions

• Installation and Eructation of Room air conditioner.
• Work at RO plant pump station.
• To manage the work force at the site.
• To make the daily work progress sheet.
• To inspect the work and Educate the people about the work
• To manage the material, prepare the BOQ and ensure the quality of the work
• To make the task sheet for work force.
• Evaluate the workability of workers.
• Implementation of management of change(MOC)

Tetra pack and Gram ice cream machine
1 Troubleshooting and maintenance (T.b/M-P/M-AT/M- S.D/M, etc.) of the following machines
2 Freezers, Rollo, Ria, SL, Gilf, Viking circles etc)
3 Mixing plant
4 Cone baking
5 Fruit feeders
6 Operating the boiler
Operation and Maintenance Of Following
1 40 bar pet air compressor.
1 10 bar oil injected air compressor.
1 Air dryer system and cooling tower.
1 40 bar valves refurbishment
1 Trouble shooting of compressors (40 bar and 10 bar)
1 Repair and Maintenance of 40 bar and 10 bar air compressor and all its accessories
