We help & consult foreign companies on entering the Saudi market, and completing their entities registration in KSA.
My duty is to support these companies by completing their governmental portals registration such as (Qiwa, Gosi, Mudad, MHRSD, Balady, Salamah, MCI etc...)
Responsible for the HR & Administration dept. My duties include :
* Talent acquisition ( using recruitment channels, CV's shortlisting, interviewing candidates, complete hiring process, and onboarding )

* All government related procedures, licenses, and online portal such as ( MOL, Muqeem, Tamm, Baladya, Gosi, Ministry of Commerce, Chamber of Commerce, Salama, Qiwa, Mudad )
* File and maintain official documents for the company & employees
* Employees & Rental contracts
* Resolving all employees complaints, and issues internally, and with ministry of Human Resources
* All employees related matters (warnings, solving employees issues, termination, end of service, requests, appraisals, vacation)
* Payroll process
* Writing official letters

* Manage department employees
* Forecast the yearly budget for the HR & Admin. Dept.

* Participate in the company's overall development

* Solved a lot of employees complaints with MOL without paying penalties .

* Achieved the Saudization requirement of 70% in the showrooms
* Organized & corrected all company's official licenses, and documents
* Successful negotiation in showroom rentals
This company was a sister company for the previous company (Leading Facilities), but the management transferred me to this company due to the downsizing of the previous company, and my job role & duties is still the same.
In my last year in the company I had an additional task for handling all related matters with SFDA including the registration of medical devices through the SFDA system, communicating with international suppliers, close medical devices recall issues.

After High school. I took English courses for one and A half year in Canada, then transferred to USA for A University degree. I studied for 3 years, but I didn't graduate.
