Managing a portfolio of corporate clients and developing new business to expand client base in a profitable manner and in line with assigned business growth targets. Currently, managing a portfolio of over large corporate relationships with at total portfolio size of AED 1 Billion plus (Funded & Non-Funded).
Ensuring effective utilization of approved limits in order to maximize profitability in coordination with Trade, Treasury and Transaction banking departments for effective facility utilization.
Identify, solicit and acquire new corporate clients in line with approved corporate strategies for Assets, Trade and treasury. Keeping abreast with the development and progress of corporate deals in the market and economic factors.
Analyse and evaluate information given by the customer such as project reports, feasibility reports, balance sheets, cash flows etc. to structure the credit lines in line with bank’s credit guidelines.
Timely renewal of facilities along with suitable structuring as per client requirements and guide support officer to process excess and isolated requests for existing customers in timely & professional manner.
Establish good liaison with customers for their day to day banking requirements and professionally manage security documentation requirements.
Monitor portfolio quality and ensure quick action in case of any adverse development. Ensure constant contact with clients (owner/management) for smooth operations and eliminating scope of any delinquency.
Achievements
Developed substantial portfolio for Mid-corporate and Escrow account clients from zero and played an instrumental role to set-up Escrow accounts department of the bank.

Played an instrumental role to set-up of Karvy Rep. Office in Dubai, Finalised tie-up with local partner, Launched online trading and Portfolio Management Services in UAE for karvy, Negotiated distribution tie-up with leading investment houses for offshore and global financial market products,

During the training I was given exposure to all functions of treasury operations i.e. Front office- responsible for investments management and trading in G-sec, Debt marekt, Forex, equity & derivatives market and products developed by Financial Engineering cell. Mid office- responsible for risk management with sophisticated hedging and liquidity management tools. Back office- responsible for settlement and related functions.
