• Engaged and participated in various development, Automation and transformation projects in Spain, England, Jordan and Morocco.
• Managed the execution, transformation and integration of a project that entailed hundreds of sites controlled by a SCADA system.
• Supervised installation and commissioning of hardware equipment as well as communication topology designing and implementation using GPRS/UHF technology for the sites.
• Provided guidance and Consultation for water network monitoring and control system upgradation project in London, England. It included redesigning, testing and commissioning of running system and also for the internal FAT.
• Oversee project’s budget vs milestone’s achieved and delivered taking into consideration re-evaluation of project’s risks and opportunities.
• Engaging Project team members and stakeholders in Project’s vision, goals and objectives.
• Regular assessment for the project’s scope to eliminate scope creeps and identifying key risks.
• Evaluate client’s change orders impact on project constraints, while maintaining project governance and change management plan.
• Managing Communications between stakeholders, updating communication channels and periodic check-up for stakeholder’s engagement.
• Setting and designing resources utilization plans and sub-contractors’ activities in addition to monitoring and validating job quality.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, root-cause analysis and initiate corrective actions to assure healthy project’s progress and improve deliverables quality.

• Reviewing work packages of the project and ordering required spare parts from local/global vendors.
• Checking the P&ID for any existing design mistakes and reporting them for required modification.
• Preparation of periodic preventive and corrective maintenance procedure and governance.
• Supervising the instrumentation and pneumatic equipment erection and installation such as Flow, Level, Pressure, Temperature, Conductivity, PH analyzers and much more fundamental instrument equipment’s by subcontractors and reporting status to department’s head.
• Participating along with Distribution control system (DCS) experts from Yokogawa international company for ensuring maximum functionality and performance of the DCS system in addition to altering design and engineering parameters and controllers per operational requirements.
• Engaged with experts in the commissioning of Steam Turbine and checking PLC logic and interlocks, field instrumentation and pneumatics.
• Inventory, spare parts classification, codification and management, MRP, RFQs using Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP system.
• Procurement of spare parts and following purchase orders.
• Calibration of instrumentation and troubleshooting failures in addition to performing refurbishment of damaged instruments to reuse them if required.

• Maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and instrument problems to prevent any process interrupts in addition to schedule hot (online) services for production lines.
• Designing and building up power and control circuits for partially driving up pneumatic systems or a Full control system
• Preventive maintenance for AC and DC motors, power and control driving units, sensors, transmitters, temperature and humidity controllers.
• Upgrading and refurbishment of old control panels using PLC and smart controllers.
• Managing Electrical and instrumentation inventory in addition to ordering needed spare parts.
• Designing and commissioning of PLC program for internal elevator.

- Setting periodic maintenance schedule for the various control systems and process units .
- Checking up along with E&I staff the instruments’ sensors and transmitters; pressure, level,
temperature, multicolored sensors, transmitters and transducers.
