•Support to Management for safe execution on all sites and implementation of International and national standards and company safe work practices.
•Monitoring all contractors and activates as per GASCO HSE requirements and guide lines stipulated in contract.
•Review ARA (Activity risk assessment) for all the critical activates inside and outside plant premises i.e Rigging lifting, installation of equipments, hot works, concrete jobs, shuttering and de shuttering etc
•Review Project HSE Plan according to GASCO guidelines and safe work practices, national and international code of practice.
•Conduct Internal HSE Audits according to GASCO guidelines and safe work practices, national and international code of practice.
•Conduct HAZID Trainings for contractor and sub contractor to make them aware from the hazards at worksite and precaution.
•Conduct HSE inspections of work site, Scaffolding, tools, compliance of PTW, HIRA, Equipments, safety gears etc.
•Review contractor risk registers and HIRA by online syste.
•Monitoring all civil activities (From Excavation to finish)
