Fauji Fertilizer is a leading fertilizer manufacturing unit (DAP/UREA complex). Daily Ammonia production at the plant is
around 1, MT while Urea & DAP production is around 1, MT each.
My role as a Section Manager - Instrument - Ammonia Plant
* Lead teams for plant construction, Pre-commissioning and startup activities.
* Technical focal point coordinating Instrument & Control activities among vendors, contractors and disciplines.
* Participate in detailed engineering reviews, hazard and operability studies, fire safety studies, emergency plan studies

My role as a Section Manager - Instrument - Ammonia Plant
Lead teams for plant construction, Pre‐commissioning and startup activities.
Technical focal point coordinating Instrument & Control activities among vendors, contractors and disciplines.
Participate in detailed engineering reviews, hazard and operability studies, fire safety studies, emergency plan studies
and PSSR.
Planner Engineer - SAP
Maintenance and reliability assurance of Control systems, Machines, equipment and Field Instrumentation
Plan and Implement up‐gradation of equipment, control system and Instrumentation.
Ensure reliability of Instruments and control systems during plant operation.
Attend project related meetings, review commercial documents, proposals and packages.
Plan and execute short term and midterm maintenance plans for Instruments and control systems.
Inventory management of critical spares.
Ensuring the normal operations and maintenance of the Ammonia plant.
Updating of IMS procedures, work instructions and reporting.

Conduct job safety analysis (JSA).
Compile On - Job training to new employees (Apprentice Engineers / Staff employees)
