Responsibilities:
• Restructuring of Promotional reporting and Monitoring process
• Testing all the devices for online database application.
• Training all the Supervisors and Promoters on the online data base application system for Sales, Survey and Stock Reporting.
• Revisiting the online Reporting system and applying the necessary changes .
• Daily Monitoring of Sales, Attendance and stock by Outlets and Promoters.
• Sharing Outlet Pictures daily from all location online.
• Weekly, Monthly Detailed Sale Reporting by Outlets and Promoters on Excel and PPT for Client Decision Making.
• Regional Sales Reporting with All Graphs and charts
• Competitors Reporting for Clients.
• Online Market Surveys for Different brands as per their requirements.
• Mystery shopper Reporting
• Re-Assessment of all our promoters in all cities ( Product knowledge, Discipline " Attendance", Selling Skills - Linguistic skills - Appearance - Sales Achievements ).
• Proposing a solid and viable incentive program for Promoters & Supervisors.
• Preparation of Supervisor scheduled road-map tour for all region.
• Preparation of Communication Process Flowcharts
