• Mystery shopper Reporting
• Re-Assessment of all our promoters in all cities ( Product knowledge, Discipline " Attendance", Selling Skills - Linguistic skills - Appearance - Sales Achievements ).
• Proposing a solid and viable incentive program for Promoters & Supervisors.
• Preparation of Supervisor scheduled road-map tour for all region.
• Preparation of Communication Process Flowcharts
