Vendor & Contract Management
• Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle — sourcing, RFQ, negotiation, contract execution, SLA monitoring, and
performance review.
• Enforce contractor SLAs and delivery standards to protect operational continuity and service quality across all sites.
Operations Support & Process Improvement
• Primary on-ground problem-solver for Sales and Logistics teams — resolving escalations and removing blockers
without direct line management authority.
• Drive cross-functional coordination with Finance, HR, Legal, and Commercial teams to align operations with
organisational objectives.
• Oversee warehouse and supply chain support operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and logistics continuity across
branches.

• 20%+ cost reduction on branch and warehouse remodelling via competitive vendor negotiations and scope control.
