• Lead the Projects Control function across the organization, overseeing planning, cost control, risk management, change control, and performance reporting for the full capital projects portfolio.
• Establish and enforce project control governance, standards, procedures, and KPIs to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and approved master plans.
• Drive corrective actions and recovery plans for underperforming projects in coordination with project managers, contractors, and executive stakeholders.
• Provide executive-level portfolio performance analysis, forecasts, and recommendations to support strategic and investment decisions.
• Define portfolio-level KPIs, dashboards, and reporting standards, providing senior management with clear visibility of project performance, trends, and exposure.

• Developing and overseeing short-term operational plans to ensure the day-to-day activities of the airport run
smoothly, including scheduling of flights, ground handling, and resource allocation.
• Develop long-term strategic plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Drive and monitor the performance initiatives of GACA Airports Performance Monitoring program and SANS
Seamless Operations Program.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to airport operations, identify areas for
improvement, and implement necessary changes to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with various airport stakeholders, including airlines, government agencies, and vendors, to ensure
smooth operations.
• Airport capacity assessment and analysis to ensure the airport's infrastructure and resources can accommodate
current and future needs.

• Managing the projects screening and selection processes to assure the projects are in line with the company
strategic goals and the master plan.
• Manages and oversees DACO portfolio projects to ensure robust cost and schedule performance.
• Develop the department objectives, annual plan and projects control strategy and manage its execution in line
with the division’s business plan and strategy.
• Measure and track projects performance and perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Lead the change management to ensure a smooth and effective transition of the new processes, systems, or
structures into the organization's operations.

• Manage and control O&M contractor performance and resolve the findings/issues.
• Report to the management costs report, achievements, challenges, problems, and corrective actions.
• Prepare the annual Maintenance budget and forecasts and all Capital Expenditure.
• Equipment lifetime assessment reports and replacement plans.
• Manage, coach and develop a high performing Maintenance team.

• Manage and control O&M contractor performance and resolve the findings/issues.
• Applying best maintenance practices to enhance the equipment availability and reliability.
• Budget control, spare parts optimization and contractor procurement process audit and approval.
• Manage and control maintenance projects.

• Manage the technical support services and assure the quality of deliverables.
• Review, audit and inspect the maintenance programs and lead technical investigations.
• Manage and control projects with value of $500, 000 and less.
• Manage and control KAUST technical library.

• Monitoring section’s performance KPIs and take necessary corrective actions.
• Technical issues investigation, analysis, studies and proper actions are taken.
• Preparing section budget, set section’s objectives, and assuring the performance follows SHEM standards.
• Develop staff competency requirements and progression plan.

• Maintenance reliability strategy development, review, and audit.
• Leads all RCA investigations and assure the implementation of the recommendations.
• Technical studies and process changes requests evaluation and approval.

• Monitoring Plant performance and managing the maintenance activities.
• Assuring the safety and quality requirements are met.
• Annual budget and turnaround resources requirements preparation.

• Developing methods for measuring the effectiveness of services.
• Establish and review Shutdown Maintenance approaches.
