• Acts as a liaison between senior management and IT team and consult with functional unit management, personnel, government entity and private organization to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access.
• Evaluate business context and processes, gather and analyze business requirements and uncover gaps and areas for improvement.
• Highlighting gaps in existing functionality and reviewing requirements with stakeholders Evaluating business processes and anticipating requirements Analyzes the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users.

Reviews, analyzes, and creates detailed documentation of business systems and user needs, including workflow, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
