Core Responsibilities:
• Implementation of Core Insurance Software Solution named as ILAS (Individual Life Assurance System) of Sidat
Hyder Morshed/Centegy Technology in State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan.
• Acts as a liaison between senior management and IT team and consult with functional unit management, personnel, government entity and private organization to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access.
• Evaluate business context and processes, gather and analyze business requirements and uncover gaps and areas for improvement.
• Highlighting gaps in existing functionality and reviewing requirements with stakeholders Evaluating business processes and anticipating requirements Analyzes the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users.
• Elicit requirements of Core Insurance domain from Stakeholders using document analysis from different Operating departments, requirements workshops, surveys, walk through Session, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, surveys, questionnaires, client feedback, and brainstorming.
• Providestechnical assistance in training, mentoring, and coaching professional and technical staff.
• Conduct UAT test cases and ensuring all positive and negative functional and non-functional scenarios are covered and
participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.
• Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing phase are built to specification and are of a high quality as per stakeholder requirements. Reviews, analyzes, and creates detailed documentation of business systems and user needs, including workflow, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.

-Elicit requirements for ERP-implementation of Core Insurance domain using document analysis from different Operating departments, requirements workshops, surveys, Walk through Session, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, surveys, questionnaires, client feedback, and brainstorming.
-Collaborating between the functional business managers/users and the technical/IT teams for the implementation of automated systems for new or modified business processes and IT capabilities to support the business.
-Deliver clear complete and useable documentation that the users can validate to support the sign off process and is serviceable for the technical project members to deliver the solution.
-Proactively communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders to analyze business needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Business Requirements, Stakeholder Requirements, and Solution Requirements (Both Functional and Non-Functional) and Transition Requirements.
-Provide documentation i.e. GAP Analysis, Requirement Specification with Use Cases, Workflow Diagrams also assist development teams with User Interface and Interaction Designs.
-Excellent knowledge of industry standard methodologies like Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Iterative Software Development Life Cycle Process.
-Worked in Scheduling, Baseline, Tracking, Monitoring and controlling a project using MS Project.
