Working with architects to incorporate sustainability KPI's within their projects . Have experience in all building rating systems such as LEED, Estidama and GSAS.
Green house gas emissions, carbon accounting, energy modelling, business development are all my skills which i am an expert in. Sustainability is what i preach and is my passion.
Providing Sustainability advise on different rating systems like Estidama, LEED and QSAS. Currently working on prestigious projects in Qatar and UAE. Client presentations, business development, MEP drawings review, submittal review and EIA
Responsible for the entire MEP works from estimation, mobilization of site, contacting suppliers, civil defense and ADDC/DEWA approvals, shop drawings, and managing the people on site. Currently working in Ranya group till date.
Developing BOQ, Pricing of the Project, Coordination with the tendering team.
Developing work plans includes defining task, allocating resources and time frames
Conducting site surveys & Establishing onsite working environment etc.
Gaining Electricity and water NOC for the building from DEWA/ Etisalat.
Gaining temporary services NOC from DEWA/Etisalat/Civil Defence/ RTA.
Developing builders shop drawings and system shop drawings.
Gaining Drawings approval from consultant/Government Authority (DEWA/ADDC)
Preparing material submittal as per specifications & Gaining their approvals.
Managing suppliers, resources and work progress.
Executing Electrical work of the projects as per Consultant’s specifications and BS Codes.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001 standards.
Installation of Electrical Panels / MDB’s / SMDB’s / DB’s
Installation of Lighting & Power Circuits, LC & HV Cables.
Providing entire feedback about the operational difficulties, necessary emergency site visits that needs to be carried out.
Reviewing the daily team control sheets of foreman’s and site engineers, efficient and effective man-hours utilization with database management skills
To review and formulate various Technical and non-Technical reports/correspondences.
Coordinating with Main Contractor, Sub-Contractor, Client and users.
Capable of carrying out corrective and preventive maintenance of switchgears
Making works reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Ensuring updating of projects records and implementation of HSE Policies.
Evaluating requirement based on the scheduled jobs and coordination.
Reporting directly to Electrical Manager on daily basis.
Gaining final approval of electrical installation from DEWA/ADDC and following with them for Electricity meters and final electrical connections.
Review consultants snag list if any and clear them on urgent basis.
Developing As Built drawings.
Gaining the final sign off.
