• Handling the CEO office - daily calendar, meeting schedules, while coordinating with different Ministries, Embassies, foreign delegations, ambassadors, and government entities participating in international organizations, conferences and meetings
• Arranging extensive travel plans of CEO
• Delegating tasks where required in CEO’s office to smoothen the work flow.
• Ensuring the smooth coordination between the departments, inter departmental meeting where CEO is involved.
• Providing full support to the CEO, managing complex diary/ schedules and correspondence, arranging meetings and handling day-to-day office processes on his behalf in line with organizational standards. Dealing with extensive travelling plans of CEO and his family members. Supporting & communications administrative functions in an accurate and timely manner, playing a bridge role between the CEO office and the relevant departments and respective HOD’s.
• Monitoring and managing banking relationships by maintaining track and keeping record of all credit cards and other bank cards, preparing bank transfer letters and performing monthly reconciliation of bank statements for CEO.
• Keeping abreast of all office transactions/ issues, drafting reports for the CEO, maintained up-to-date records and supervised internal disciplinary machinery.
• Planned and implemented an integrated range of customer service policies and procedures for the division consistent with the overall goals/ objectives of the organization.
• Maintained a record of customer satisfaction across the UK, preparing quarterly reports for the upper management and provided recommendations for improvement in customer service policies.
• Delivered exceptional customer service and proactively developed customer relations through soliciting feedback and addressing/ resolving customer complaints.
• Coordinated with the sales team for placing sales orders and administered the same with the suppliers to contribute to sales action plans.
• Performed inventory management, conducted daily stock checking and assured availability of sufficient stock to support sales schedules in close coordination with the stock team.
