This is a high end residential, commercial, hospitality and recreational venture being built around an 18 hole signature golf course near the Islamabad International Airport. The project is being developed by Ora Developers, an Egypt based Company.
- EMAAR Ocean Front, Karachi, Pakistan.
This is a high end beach front project on main Karachi beach on 75 acres land. It houses a complete residential community with high rise residential towers 26-46 stories high, a five star hotel, a 200 bed hospital, a mall and beach front restaurants. Managing following projects at this time:
- Panorama Tower. A 47 storey residential highrise tower. Grey structure comprising 26 storeys completed. Finishing work completed on 6 storeys.
- The Views Tower. Residential Highrise Twin towers of 42 and 33 storeys each . Grey structure comprising 8 storeys completed. Finishing work on mockup underway.

Managing all infrastructure and building projects at my Company's inventory throughout Pakistan. It includes infrastructure projects ranging from 1200 acres to 9000 acres. Building projects include villa community projects, high rises and specialized projects like golf course, mall etc.

DHA City is the first green and sustainable city being built in Pakistan Besides Karachi. It houses all the modern elements required for a high standard of living. Following works are being undertaken under my supervision :-
• 5 x 14 storey Residential High rises. 1xHospital complex, 1xuniversity complex
• 1 x Central Mosque to house more than 1000 people. Main Hall is 160 x 400 ft.
Consequently, I am also responsible for quality control and quality assurance at DHA City site. Quality control is assured through a central site laboratory for testing of materials as per technical specifications of contract agreement. Quality assurance team carries out random quality checks at site to ensure all materials and works being executed are in accordance with the agreed contract provisions.
Job description includes master planning of all new projects as well as upgradation / variations in existing projects in DHA as well as DHA city. Getting the changes approved by the governing body and preparation of master plans through consultants. Basically all actions before the formal commencement of the project including feasibility study.
DHA is the largest Development Organization in Pakistan and DHA City is the first green and sustainable city being built besides Karachi, Pakistan. Responsible for site development of DHA City (Projected project cost - 7.2 B $). Following works are being undertaken under my supervision at the moment :-
• 7 x 14 storey Residential Highrises.
• 1 x Hospital complex (4 x Storeys), 1 x university complex (4 x storeys)
• 1 x Central Mosque to house more than 1000 people. Main Hall is 160 x 400 ft.
• Infrastructure works including laying of services ie. Electric, water supply, Sewerage, gas, ICT’s.
• Installation and maintenance of 15 x centrifugal pumps to meet water requirements for development works.
• Installation and maintenance of 7 x 700 KVA generators to meet water requirements for development works.
• Installation and maintenance of 2 x solar parks 1 M watts each.
• Installation and maintenance of wind turbines. (Being Installed)
• Nullah Training Works.
• 6 x RCC Bridges of varying sizes ranging between 100 - 600 ft.
• An Interchange on the super highway to connect both parts of the city.
• Development of 7 km long central business district and laying of Tram tracks.
Key Functions
• Ensuring that the project meets government safety legislations, by laws and building codes.
• Prior planning, scheduling of work and identification of critical materials essential for the project construction.
• Directing tasks to a multi-disciplined team of staff including consultants, contractors and field staff.
• Identifying, costing and processing any contract variations.
Updating project plans to include agreed changes.
Producing accurate financial reports.
Monitoring actual expenditure figures against project budgets.
Liaison with engineers, designers, local authorities, environmental agencies, contractors, suppliers and local residents.
Constant monitoring of the project to ensure adherence to agreed work programs and timelines.
Responsible for quality control of work done as per technical specifications. Weekly site meetings with consultants, contractors and suppliers to monitor progress and resolve matters related to design changes and supplies hampering progress.
Ensure smooth functioning of site by settling disputes through negotiations.
