I have provided technical support and training for a variety of applications, including but
not limited to:
•Electronic Cheque Clearing System (ECC): ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and troubleshooting issues as they arose. This included providing technical support to users, performing system updates and maintenance, and collaborating with cross_functional teams to resolve technical issues.
•Anti-Money Laundering (AML): Provided technical support for AML software, manage alerts, and investigating transactions to identify and prevent money laundering and other financial crimes.
•Shareholder Management: Managed shareholder databases and software, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data, and providing technical support to internal stakeholders.
•Archiving: Supported archiving software for document and data retention, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing retrieval requests."
•Collaborating with software vendors to escalate and resolve technical issues that require vendor support.
•Ensuring compliance with relevant IT policies, procedures, and standards.
•Leading or participating in project teams to implement new applications or upgrades.
•Testing and evaluating new software applications and features to ensure they meet user requirements.
•Collaborating with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues that require expertise from multiple areas.
