Supervise all operational tasks.
Supervise all Transfers, QC of Transfers, Approval of Transfer and issue of transfer letter to customers.
Locally look after routine administrative and security related matters of Customer Support Center Bahria Town Nawabshah.
Supervise the sales activities.
Supervise recovery/collections activities by sending instalment reminders, telephonic calls, SMS alert, voice massages etc.
Responsible of smooth functioning at data center
Supervise the Entries of Data and Scanning of Forms/Challams in CRM including Registration forms, booking forms, Deposit Challan and Record Updation.
Responsible at Data Center to enter the data accurately and timely
Supervises the activities of Allotment/Un-allotment
Supervises the activities of Blocking/Unblocking
CRM user management
Supervises the SMS campaign Handling and email handling
Schedule Printing and bar coding of customer account statements
Supervises the Quality Check activities including Deposit Challan issues (Registration number error, duplicate Challan number, misprinting Challan number, customer calling etc.)
Forgery case handling, Certificates verification and provide scan data to other offices.
Any task assigned by the higher authority.
Implementing Administration and HR strategies and policies.
Asses Training needs and execute trainings.
Maintaining employee records.
Provide recruitment services within organization.
Maintain HR portal with up to date information.
Assist Accounts dept every month with remuneration process.
Any other work assigned by Management.
Responsibilities at NSRC (NADRA Swift Registration Centre) include Administration, management of Employees and public management and public dealing.
Listing and solving all the public problems regarding CNICs issuance.
To check and generate the financial activities and reports.
Management of Registration Counters in NSRC.
Windows 2000 based local area network (LAN -with 50 Clients).
All Clients are Windows 2000 (Professional) workstations.
Administration of MS-SQL Server 2000 (Running Multiple databases) and FTRC application on clients with web services for CRM.
Daily Operation includes SQL Querying with database, backups, and Daily batch uploading to headquarters using FTP software via Dial up Facility. Handling of VVC (Visual verification Cell) and CRC (Child registration certificate) by querying NADRA Data Ware House.
Keep the accounts of all the CNIC forms involved in the production process of CNIC.
Provided the customer services.
Tracking of data /forms under process and after production.
