• Manpower Planning / budgeting.
• Visited India several times for business trip to conduct interviews.
• Advertise and post the jobs for SAPAC Holding company in daily news and different job sites to source the potential candidates.
• Recruitment and Selection from India, Pakistan, Philippines, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri-Lanka, Indonesia & South Korea.
• Conduct preliminary tele-personal-interview/s with local and abroad candidates.
• Passing comments to higher management for further interview and selection procedure.
• Preparing offer of employment, arranging induction orientation and monitoring probation period of all new employees and staffs of the company.
• Preparing acceptance of resignation and termination letter the resigned/terminated employees.
• Conduct Exist interviews with Senior and Management Staff of the company.
• Implement performance management processes to motivate employees to continually their performance through effective measurement of performance.
• Develop & implement training and practices consistent with company’s strategy and objectives.
• Liaise with various Embassies/Consulates for obtaining business/tourist visas for management staff.
• Actively participate in and review Annual Salary, grading and Bonus scheme.
• Facilitate the development of positive relations between management and employees.
• Prepare necessary memos to accounts dept. associated with Payroll, increments, deduction and other benefits of employees.
• Pay roll management and reconciliation payroll of management staff, senior staff, junior and hourly staff before running the monthly payroll to ensure that all the deductions, fines, increments have been reconciled and accounted for.
• Facilitate and manage the changes effectively.
• Preparing different monthly HR Report for management review and necessary future references.
• Oversee the administration function fro the company and provide guidance in process improvements.
• Oversee day to day operational activities with concern personnel.
• Ensure timely processing of employment visa and travel/accommodation arrangements for new recruits.
