Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the projects objectives are met.
Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
Support the HSE Manager in ensuring HSE compliance in project.
regular HSE audits in the areas of business and vessel operations.
Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters.
Provide support to the dept on the implementation of Company-wide HSE initiatives eg. ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, etc
Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as project requirements
Ensure training, tool box meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s training and HSE program, i.e. emergency response systems, etc.
Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the HSE Manager for promulgation to the management.
Manage Safety Statistic reporting within Project. Track and provide regular HSE
performance reporting to the Dept head.
Assist in the development of project specific HSE procedures.
Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees.
Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards.
Support offshore HSE personnels in the development of work site HSE campaigns and goodpractices.
Assist in Terminals construction HSE tasks/projects as required.

• Provide support to the project by maintaining a visible presence to the field. Performing site visits to the entire project at least once per
shift, coordinating with project manager. Assist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of the HS&E programs in the field.
• Regularly review and be familiar with all applicable legislation and applicable standards, from client and local standards to ensure
compliance. Inform the (Client) project management team and supervision of any new or conflictive legislative matters that could impact
on the project.
• Develop a Site Safety Management Plan (SMP) for the project to ensure a safe work environment for all company employees,
contractors, visitors, and community. Regularly audit the SMP for compliance and update to ensure the alignment with project scope and
conditions.
• Organizing and schedule requires safety staff and first aid coverage.
• Provide direction, support and resource to all site managers, supervisors, foremen and safety advisors.
• Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately. Ensure permit to work standards will be followed by Maintaining all HSE Documents
and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports and submitting them to client.

• Drafted HSE plans, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Preparing all project HSE documents (HSE Plans, Reports, Method statements, Risk assessments, Trainings slots) and maintain all
document for audit and internal records.
• Monitoring and enforcing HSE policy and making sure that all work will be done as per UAE regulation and all safety procedures should
be followed.
• Maintaining all HSE documents and project reports maintaining risk register preparing HSE Plan for work activities and project submittals.
• Coordinating with consultant AECOM reporting to SH&E Advisor Investigating near miss and incidents and revising risk assessment and
method statement. Conducting Fire evacuation mock drills and trainings
• Monitoring all safety team to make sure all checklists and documentation will be completed and well prepare for Audit.
• Conducting Induction trainings and welfare rewarding activities to build a safety culture in project. Attending weekly and monthly meetings
with Consultant AECOM and client TECOM.

Conducting EMAAR TDM HSE Induction training to all workers and sub-contractors before start work in The Dubai Mall
Conducting daily tool box talk and updating all workers about TDM HSE policy, work related HSE updates and daily scope of work.
Inspecting site carrying out risk assessments and considering how risks could be reduced.
Preparing safe work method statement before start the work include HOT Work, Confined space entry, Work at hieht, lifting.
Preparing Safe Work method statements and risk assessments of work and submitting to EMAAR TDM HSE management for approval.
Inspecting work sites and checking compliance and non-compliance and taking action, making report and submitting to MEP HOD.
Carrying risk assessment and taking special permits for WORK AT HIEGHT, HOT WORK, CONFINED SPACE ENTRY and LIFTING OPERATIONS. Preparing Daily and monthly HSE report and submitting to EMAAR the Dubai Mall HSE manager.
Ensure all persons at site must have Complete PPE all time on work.Inspecting all site only daily bases and preparing daily HSE report.

Handling customers complaints Respond to emergency situation
Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences daily tools and equipment inspections.
Preparation documents and filing daily log sheet (including e-filing).
Outlining safe operational procedures which identify and take account of all relevant hazards
Ensure all contractor working at site must be safety induction trained and coplying with leagal requirement.
Carrying out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented.
Making Daily report and submitting to Safety and Security manager.
