- Liaise with port authority and other governments officials regarding security matters.
- Supervise Security structure and its immediate surroundings.
- Supervise security trainings and record keeping process.

- Handling Security Measures, procedure and matters.
- Monitor Security Guards Performance.
- Advice Security Manager on security situation.
- Managing own time to achieve departmental objective.
- Providing Safety and Security Analysis.
- Update and maintain security communication trees.
- Providing security training and security orientation to staff.
- Define security threats and find solutions.
- Monitor and record security threat incidents and events
Coordinate and follow up with relevant government in case of any issue.
- Responsible of the preparation of agreements, Sub-Agreements and MoUs.
- Dealing with low enforcement agencies, comminutes, and tribal leaders in case of any accident happen.
- Collect information related to Safety and security situation.
- Brief staff with Security situation of the country.
- Participate with other Security focal points.
- Represent the company for all Security meetings.
- Prepare and arrange Security briefings for visitors and staff.
- Maintain a complete, up-to-date and orderly archive for all sub-agreement, reports and official communication with authorities.
- Support and accompany staff to meetings with government entities whenever demanded including interpretation/translation.
- Prepare and issue incoming and outgoing visas.
- Prepare and issue work permits.
