• Handling a business turnover of USD 55 Million with the support of AZ Branches sales teams in 6 branches across the west and southern and north regions of KSA.
• Formulate Sales Strategies & Promotional Activities (planned and tactical promotional activities) in Modern & Traditional trade, to achieve Sales targets prepared by the Management as per annual Sales Budget
• Implementing the marketing plans thru meticulously planned Trade marketing activities.
• Giving monthly in sights to the management team on ground realties and market activities.
• Liaise with supply chain for sales forecasting and ordering from FC factory in Jeddah KSA and in Holland. Providing near accurate sales forecast in order to meet the market demand and to achieve the sales targets, while minimizing the working capital tied up in inventories.
• Setting the sales team KPI’s and working with them to achieve those KPI’s.
• Working with the branch sales team in setting out a KPI score card and track the performance against the score card in order to achieve the FC objectives in the market place.
• Expansion of distribution channels, to ensure product availability across all channels.
• To design BTL activities across all channels and work with the distributor to implement these programme’s effectively.

 Concluding annual contracts with customers ( key accounts) as per the company policies and agreed objectives as well as future plan and short- term agreements.

(MAT) BQC to AZ • Gained market share on two of the most difficult categories for Rainbow brand in ksa west and south (Evaporated milk and powder milk) SADAFCO April 2000 to July 2008 Sadafco is the No 1 dairy company in the KSA markets with a 45% Market share in Liquid Milk.
