Driving the sales performance of all the e-commerce platforms and ensure the growth of
e-commerce business.
• Proposing, managing and executing promotional campaigns for e-commerce platforms.
• Implement and execute the active presence of products on all Social Media tools or
website to maximize the online exposure of sales.
• Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and
identify assortment gaps.
• Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of
customer issues or comments.
• Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and
reporting. Develop and implement e-commerce strategy to improve website
performance.
• Working closely with demand planning team of the cross e-commerce and in-house ecommerce team to ensure smooth execution of the operations.
• Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales of the ecommerce accounts.
• Measure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction performance. Handling of web
customer claim query.
• To upload discount on website and verify the discount thru front end web portal, ensure
accuracy on front end of the website regarding key features.
• Maintain and review stock levels of online Store.
• Looking after Digital Marketing activities and coordinate with designer for online post
and related scope for Social Media Platforms.
• Coordinate with Marketing agencies for Digital Marketing works and make strategy for
better execution on online platforms.
Dealing customer queries related to account opening and money transactions.
•Dealing daily operations in western union and pension.
