• Total more than 5+ years of experience in Computer networking in heterogeneous environment.
• 3 + years experience PABX system Digital and analog line (Alcatel-Lucent 4400, Siemens Hicom 300, Avaya, paging system) maintenance, troubleshooting and also cable termination and cable designing.
• 2 year experience started my career with Switching / routing work with 2 years then moved over to voice technology and found myself satisfied. Had a good hand on it, I enjoy my work and always accept the new challenges
• Good experience in lab setup and practice in CUCM Cisco Unified Communication products which is includes installation/configuration/Administration/troubleshooting/support CME & CUCM, UC.
• Configuration of Voice Interfaces like FXS, FXO, T1/E1 PRI, T1/E1 CAS.
• Deployment of Cisco IP Phones - Series: 7910, 7940, 7941, 7945, 7960, 7961 End points.
• Configuring Call Manager Features & Services
• Cisco IP Telephony setup
• Updating DN
• Upgrading firmware of IP phones
• IP Phone Registration, SIP Phone Registration,
