•Performing final inspection before shipment or Pre-shipment/PDI of various products like Air Cooler, Insect Killer, Water Dispenser, Electric Heater, Mist Fan, Stand Fan, Extension Socket, Vacuum Cleaner, Steam Iron, Heavy Iron, Garment Steamer, Blender, Washing Machine, Luggage, Steam Press, Knife, Cutlery and so on.
•Check Materials at IQC before assembly line and Online inspection with given supplier with its given specification, Standard of it and acceptance tolerance with the help of approved by management of CDF(construction data file).
•Working as a Corporate and a Trading Company’s QC Engineer as a Customer and Client of OEM Factories where my Company has his own registered brand in Saudi Arabia ‘Koolen’ for small Electrical & Electronic home appliances, ‘Lambart’ for Non-electrical Product, ‘Shaha’ for Flask and John Pablo’ for luggage. My job is to prepare specification and it’s acceptable tolerance range.
•Attend meetings with Supplier, sourcing team, Supply Chain Manager, Maintenance team and sometimes with CEO for discussion of ‘Factory evaluation’, ‘Product Audit’, ‘Field Complaint’ and briefing quality related issues.
•Read and review before Sample evaluation, Assembly line and Final Assembly SASO/IEC standard respectively of that Product.
•Evaluation of Flask by using thermocouple to monitor it’s cooling and heating temperature of inside Water for 24hrs.
•Extending support in performing high voltage check of all electrical products like insect killer, earth & hypo test of various electrical products.
•Monitoring temperature of water at heating & cooling condition; checking power, voltage and current of appliances at rated voltage and frequency
•Contributing in checking diameter & thickness of electrical and non-electrical products and performing inspection of injection molded products.
•Resolving customer complaints; preparing various standards and procedures, reviewing engineering specifications and participating in company quality or technical compliance audits for suppliers and factories
•Supervising QA/QC procedures and document control; performing factory evaluation & audit and sending the report to CEO.
•Participate in Supplier selection and evaluation.

•Monitoring customer complaint & its percentage of a Product, analyze why its complaint and solved it with the help of taking feedback from end user, market, maintenance department and Factory of that Product.
•Record and maintained data of field rejection of a Product with the respect of its shipment history from imported Country, PI number, receiving date, Packing Slip, date of issuances of quantity of goods from the warehouse to the which market of geographical region with Factory details & how many quantities returned from market and if it’s critical field complaint hold the rest quantities at the market and the warehouse so that could be easily analyze data. Analyze complaint detail after inspecting kept product at warehouse and from returned quantities which should be 5 to 10 samples and try to understand all returned quantities has same complaint or different and check quality status of remaining quantities which is kept at the warehouse.
•Review & gather information of a field complaint’s Product from maintenance department that what action has been taken during troubleshooting of a Product and what kind of a complaint of a product did you get from customer, it’s same as customer complaint or something different.

•My job responsibilities in the Factory of ‘Alessa Industry’ as a Receiving Inspection Engineer to maintain files like ‘Inspection Report’ of Critical raw materials, Sample Evaluation reports, Incoming material rejection report, Engineering change order, Engineering drawing of raw material & bought out product and Specification of each raw materials, SCAR closed and open files of air conditioner product & desert Cooler. Maintain records of testing Machine and instrument.
•Attend quality review meetings with Quality Control Manager weekly and as per call, Also attend meetings with management and supplier for discussion of quality related issues. Discussion with supplier with regards to why it’s rejected and what necessary action would you take for improvement of the quality.
•Go to ‘GEMBA’ Walk on the Production floor.
•Prepare a plan at morning meeting with my team for a whole day of working hours and before the end of the day arrange a review meeting for that day. Assign manpower for segregation of rejected materials for ‘Supplier Cost’ after ‘DRN’ approved by ‘MR’.
•Use ‘ERP’ Software for posting inspection results Passed or failed, Posting Sample evaluation details, SCAR and Shift rejected raw materials from ‘good warehouse’ to ‘Rejection warehouse.
•Review drawings, specification, test report and other documents from time to time whether it’s obsolete or not. If it’s obsolete remove it from file. When any drawing and specification was given by R&D during my sample evaluation, if it was not found according to the given information with that sample, I asked R&D through e-mail or in a meeting to revise, make changes and correct it and send it with ‘controlled copy’ .Work together with R&D and Supplier for Specification and fixing acceptable Tolerance.
•Monitor line rejection and shop floor the rejection percentage with raw material, after review minimizes the line rejection by using more quantity to check at the receiving inspection area. Send report of rejection history time to time to purchase department so that it could inform Supplier for improvement in the quality of raw material.
•Review, monitor, analysis and quality check of raw material for ‘Molding Machine’ and a part that comes out from it. Controlling of Molding based defects and their quality analysis.
•Evaluation, Inspection and quality check of ‘Paint Powder’ by sending it to 'Paint Shop’ and checking it’s gloss test, Bending test, Hardness test, Cross Hatch Adhesion Test, Chemical resistance test, Impact Test and Salt spray corrosion test.
•Review, edit and update Process flow chart and BMS with the help of ‘TQM’ department.
•Maintain record of data of instrument, testing machine and other measuring instrument like Vernier Caliper.
•Managed the entire functions of preventive, yearly and Shut down Maintenance of M/Cs of paint shops, Fin Coil, Press Shop, dunk test area, Assembly line, Weld shop and Performance room.
•Sample Evaluation of alternate supplier with given specification, in-house report, drawing and based on test report.
•I am evaluating new samples, testing and inspection of raw materials for the product of ‘Window Air-condition’, Condensing unit, Split air-conditioning and Desert Cooler for the brands ‘Hitachi’, ’Craft’ and ‘Gibson’.
