Supervision
• Organize and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within the team is carried out in an efficient manner
Cost Control
• Carries out a variety of activities related to the company’s maintenance and construction job costing system, including receipt s of job requests from ESNAAD areas or Tenants
• Allocating and recording job control numbers obtaining work costs and passing on for work scheduling
• Receiving completed job requests and coordinates the data entry of time sheets for details of actual job hours, materials and costs into the Maximo system.

• Assists in the preparation of department’s statements and reports of the activities timely and accurately to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards.

Training Officer
Main Duties:
• Support needs analysis to determine if training solutions
should be implemented.

• Support training staff in planning, delivery, and evaluation of department activities.
