• Designing MEP systems for residential, commercial, buildings.
• Preparing MEP system drawings, method of statements, and specification and master
plan including schedules for corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Lead and manage a team such as support staff and technicians, ensuring
effective allocation of tasks, training, and performance evaluation.
• Manage & monitor PPM & CM of MEP equipment on Scheduled time.
• Preparation of Reports and attending site meetings concerning the work Progress.
• Regularly inspect completed work to verify system functionality, compliance
with safety standards, and adherence to company and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules, system performance, and
repairs, and report to management with recommendations for improvements.
• Co-ordination with architects, contractors and clients, to ensure that MEP systems
are integrated seamlessly into building designs.
• Testing and commissioning mechanical equipment including air conditioning units,
ventilation systems, ductwork, pumps, Valves, Damper and Chiller system.
• Performing regular maintenance and inspection of all MEP equipment to ensure
optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Providing technical support and guidance to clients regarding operation &
maintenance and Coordinate with the main Coordinator for Smooth Site Execution.
• Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports and Encouraging the workers
for safety.
• Prepare PR and MRF for MEP equipment and materials as per Sadara/COSL.
• Submit the KPI Report to Project manager of completed work as per schedule.

• Prepare PPMs schedule, master plan, monitor and ensure that the mechanical
PPM and CM program as per client approval through IBM Maximo.
• Ensure safe work environments, control the use of material and avoid damage
and waste, request material, tools and equipment needed for the projects and
issue the supervisor daily instructions as per the work plan.
• Ensure designing, building, installing and maintaining all kinds of mechanical
machinery, tools and components.
• Perform routine maintenance, shootout problems and make repairs.
• Ensure that all mechanical site activities are conducted under controlled conditions
as per building drawings, method statements, and specification and work plan.
• Inspection, Testing and Maintenance of water-based fire protection systems.
• Follow up the operation and maintenance (O&M) manual of the mechanical
department in towers.
• Manage and monitor the maintenance activity of equipment and complete it on time.
• Operation and monitor of MEP system through the building management system.
• Obtaining a snag list of 5 high rise buildings and managing hard services.
• Submit the KPI Report to Project manager of completed work as per schedule and
work order.

Job Responsibilities:
• Maintenance of Chillers, AHU’S, FCU’S, Exhaust Fan, Blower and other Accessories.
• Ensure smooth commissioning of the erected HVAC projects.
• Ensure that all HVAC site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per
building drawings, method statements, and specification and work plan.
• Make Material A/C equipment’s and accessories.
• Ensure safe work environments, control the use of material and avoid damages and
waste, request material, tools and equipment needed for the projects and issue the
supervisor daily instructions as per the work plan.
• Maintaining records and archives to company standard.
• Responsible for Preparation of Bill of Quantity of Materials for Project.
