Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Successfully delivered structural engineering projects by providing technical expertise and guidance to client throughout all stages of development.
2. Managed and coordinated structural design and construction projects from concept to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
3. Conducted site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
4. Collaborated with architects, mechanical, and electrical engineers to ensure seamless integration of designs and systems.
5. Prepared project reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders, including clients and regulatory agencies.
6. Planning and managing works of all disciplines to ensure compliance with the relevant Contract requirements, specifications and standards, safety cases etc.
7. Direct the site inspectors for Health and Safety performance, Hazard & Risk identification and reporting.
8. Communicate with the Client continuously regarding Project Progress and areas of concern.
9. Propose in-house Project Management procedures to comply with Contract requirements and Client procedures.
10. Identify priorities and tasks and develop the organisation structure to ensure execution of tasks by providing clear direction on methods, timeframe and schedule to achieve the stated goals.
11. Monitor performance to ensure successful delivery of the Key Performance Indicators and client contractual requirements.
12. Advise the Client on any potential variation to the Consultants and Contractor’s scope of work that may generate cost or time impact and present the assessment.
13. Advise the Client of any foreseen slippage of progress and propose corrective actions.
14. Review weekly and monthly reports as presented by the Consultant(s) and Contractor and present comments of non-compliance and/or areas of concern and corrective actions to the Client.
15. Coordinate with the Design Manager during the detailed design stage of the Project to ensure Design Compliance with Client requirements and avoid any cost impact.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinated with project coordination team members, vendors, and subcontractors regarding workability and constructability of design.
2. Developed relations with planning engineers on design submission schedule and ensured timely design submissions.
3. Assisted procurement team with all necessary technical inputs to facilitate award of procurement and subcontract packages.
4. Assisted QA, QC, and site construction team to address technical issues and establish method statements.
5. Selected appropriate suppliers, negotiated with suppliers, and had a strong knowledge of new supplier searching, adequate source and supplier identification.
6. Prepared and executed purchase orders, procurement budget, and achieved cost savings.
7. Preparing and Updating Project Schedule and analysing overall Project Performance.
8. Reviewing design calculations and reports of Steel Structures and other specialized works from sub-contractors for approval.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Structural Analysis, design and drafting of different structures like RCC, Steel Structures. Analysis of Structures Using Softwares like StaadPro, ETABS and SAFE and design as per the standard code of practice.
Modelling & Generating detailed drawings using Tekla Structures and Autocad. Managing, Integrating, Supervising and controlling the ongoing site activities ensuring project deliverables are met as per project requirement and constraints.
Assist in the recording and testing of workmanship and materials, i.e., drainage, concrete, piling, brickwork etc.
Assist the Quantity Surveyor in verifying the work done by the contractor and certifying interim payments.
Assists with project controls activities including tracking cost and developing schedules. Develops spreadsheets as requested.
Cordinating with Residential Engineer (RE) and Architects to ensure that contractual obligations are met.
Presented two papers in international conferences. Completed courses on Advance Steel Structures design, design of bridges, Machine foundation, FEA etc ..
Got proficiency Award for securing fifth rank in university examinations. Presented a paper in an international conference. Done projects on Study of treatment of industrial dye effluent using natural coagulants and design of sewage treatment plant for a population of 20000.
