Job Responsibilities:
* Ensure all works carried out as per project HSE Plan and Quality Management Plan.
* Construction of temporary facilities/development of site offices, carpentry & steel
workshops, lab facilities, store yard, precast yard development, labor rest area
etc. for the proposed project development.
* General Engineering & construction management of civil infrastructure works,
which includes earthwork - deep excavation, grading and backfilling.
* Installation of dewatering system to enable excavation & placing deep service
utilities such as Sewerage Network (6km; 11m Depth) Including House
Connection Networks; Storm Water Network (4km; 8m Depth); Shallow
Drainage Network (7.8km); Sewer Rising Mains (5km); Potable Water Network
(5.2Km); Irrigation & Firefighting Network (3.5km); Street lighting, Road
Network Including, Traffic Diversion, Road Marking and Traffic Signs.
* Develop monthly labor, plant, and material requirements to complete the project
and attend weekly progress meetings with the engineer and client.
* Develop scope and administering in sub-contractor selection.
* Initiate, authorize, supervise, and complete project scope as scheduled to achieve
the timeline target.
* Consolidate construction reports, project status updates, and submit accurate data
to project director. Optimize company’s resources and implement good practices
and systems that benefits department’s operational expenses
Construction management and execution of multimillion-dollar infrastructure
and ground improvements projects.
* Construction cum supervision of works with regard to safety, engineering and
meeting deadlines for all underground utilities, road networks, road marking,
traffic signs etc.
* Resource allocation and supervision of works as per schedule.
* Program review and target setting as per project requirements.
* Implement corrective action plans to overcome work delays to meet scheduled
completion
5 years with SIEMENS as Civil &MEP Manager.
9 years with Al Nabooda Construction Group in different roles from junior engineer
to senior civil engineer position.
* Executed major Infrastructure Projects worth AED 796M within Dubai Airports.
* Construction, Supervision of various infrastructure works associated with Dubai
Airport Development regarding storm water drainage & sewerage system,
potable water & fire water system, road networks, Dnata control room
buildings, airport aprons, taxiways, runway utilities, heavy steel structure
foundations and rock fill dams.
* Successfully commissioned the 15km potable water supply transmission line to
Al Maktoum International Airport - Dubai, U.A.E.
* General Management, engineering input, liaison with airport and other authorities
having jurisdiction
