Responsible for managing the marketing database and marketing automation system that scales & performs reliably for Microsoft.
Empower the demand generation team to be able to run numerous multi-channel nurture programs by region and by customer segments
Implemented marketing automation campaigns using Eloqua/Marketo by identifying segments, setting up campaigns, emails, landing pages, and forms/form processing
