• Conducting Work Council meeting, Health & Safety meeting, and Canteen committee meeting.
• Training of new hired workers to make them aware about company policy.
• Conducting different training for workers like Chemical Handling, Orientation, Company Policies, Job Awareness, usage of PPEs
• Hiring, joining, documentation, Verification, transfer of service and ensure complete
correspondence in this respect.
• Maintain the leave system/balance in HRIS.
• Handle employee’s queries on salary, medical claim, provident fund and insurance related
issues.
• Manage resumes forwarded to HR Department.
• Attendance management & payroll system.
• Recommend strategies to streamline recruitment and selection process
• Provision of HRIS Reports to the concerned department /divisions.
• Moderate the HRIS timely and well aware to use Oracle based HR program and ERP system.
