As a Mechanical Technician in Oil and Gas, working as part of a commissioning team for NFE units, daily responsibilities include:

With over 12 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician in the oil and gas industry, I have developed a strong expertise in maintaining various equipment across different categories, including:

- Pumps: Proficient in vertical, overhung, and between-the-barrel pumps, with experience in other types as well.

- Compressors: Skilled in maintaining 2-stage screw compressors and 2- and 3-stage reciprocating compressors.

- Tanks: Familiar with cone roof, fixed roof, and floating roof tanks.

- Vessels: Experienced in maintaining both vertical and horizontal vessels.

- Lines and Tubes: Knowledgeable about piping and tubing systems from 1/4" to on words 42" lines ⌀.

-Gearboxes: Proficient in gearbox maintenance.

-Fans: Experienced in maintaining forced draft fans induces draft and blowers

- Cooling Towers: Skilled in cooling tower maintenance.

- Soot Blowers: Familiar with soot blower maintenance, including water tube boilers. Sootblower routing 180° and 360° on both have good maintenance experience.

- Valves: Knowledgeable about various valve types and their maintenance.

- Heat Exchangers: Experienced in heat exchanger maintenance of Fix and removable types.

- Columns and Distillation Towers: Familiar with maintaining columns and distillation towers.

- Loading Terminals: Familiar with loading terminal arms.

- Overhead Cranes: Proficient in operating 5-ton overhead cranes.
