1. Assists with all aspects of the administrative process for new hires, staff changes and staff terminations.
2. Making personnel files and filing of HR documents on regular basis. Maintain record in both soft and hard forms.
3. Assists supervisor to initiate the Local Recruitment Request process, review JDs, and prepare job announcements on the official website and newspapers.
4. Assists with liaising with staff on insurance claims, completing all the necessary employer documentation and maintaining a claim database.
5. To keep the Office Record & Information updated, maintaining effective follow up of task assigned, arrangement of different events and Council Meetings.
6. Managing Office accountancy of different stack holder’s i.e. Universities & Banks.
7. Interdepartmental coordination.
8. Identifying internal (organizational) issues.
9. Ensuring efficient and smooth operation.
10. Preparation of documents, drafts, letters and emails
11. Timely travel arrangements (visa and tickets etc)
12. Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
13. Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
14. Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
15. Maintain CEO’s schedule and calendar.
16. Typing & Proof reading of different manuscripts.
17. Announcing internal & external notifications (Public notices) Office orders.
18. Maintaining employee’s record along with their personal files.
19. Dealing with Higher Education Commission (HEC), Higher Education & Regulatory Authority (HERA), Khyber Medical University, Peshawar, Pakistan Medical & Dental Council, Islamabad (PMDC).
20. Perform any other duties assigned by CEO
