• Identify the root cause for the issues identified in the upgrade environment for product packages.

• Ensure the delivery throughout tracks with required upgrade documents as per shipment and design track.
• Manage and update deployment documents in Clearcase and Tagtool to ensure the deployment library build as per shipment.
• Troubleshoot the issues relating to the failures during upgrade for SPARC environment.
• Worked JIRA tool for transforming the development lifecycle to agile methodology.
• Follow Quality Door documents are updated as part of qualitative deliveries on each design track.
• Support the various testing teams during the testing of each deliverables within the stipulated time and ensuring on-time delivery to Customer.
