• Responsible for overlooking and planning of jobs.
• Stimulate documentation related to job assigned.
• Responsible for the Handover, Inspection, Installation, Testing, Repair of Valves at Site (Including Safety, Pilot Operated, Gates, Butterfly, Ball, Breather, Emergency, Instrument Valves Etc.).
• Responsible for Installation and customer approval and commissioning of Valves at Site.
• Responsible for online calibration of PRV’s in different plants.
• Over look at Service like Overhaul, Maintenance & Calibration of Relief Valves, Pilot Operated Valves.
• Online Calibration Of Pressure Relief Valves and Valve Testing.
• Responsible for the Service and necessary instrumentation of all kind of actuators.
• Site Inspections, Surveys and Supervision.
• Visit to site for the primary assessment and further planning.
• Arrange for the spares with different vendor and sub supplier of PENTAIR.
• Move to site with team in order to execute work.
• Do the installation, commissioning, testing and if required then do rectification as per the contract and applicable standards.
• Coordination and job planning on daily basis in work shop and site as well.
• Maintenance and servicing of PSV, Pilot operated PSV, Boiler safety valve, Breather Valve for make Anderson Greenwood Crosby etc. with high pressure and low pressure.
• Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical (Including Valves as the major portion) & Electrical related works at site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules.
• Manage directly team of Site & Service Engineers and provide engineering and technical supports to all the Mechanical work groups at site.
• Responsible for the Handover, Inspection, Installation, Testing, Repair of Valves at Site (Including Gates, Butterfly, Ball, Instrument Valves Etc.)
• Responsible for Installation and customer approval and commissioning of Valves at Site.
• Rectifying the issues related to Valves, liaising with the Valves manufacturer and resolve issues post installation.
• Plans the execution of all Mechanical related works and coordinates the works to civil groups.
• Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all Mechanical groups at site.
• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
• Attends regular meeting with client, Mechanical Engineers, civil engineers and consultant to provide update on project progress.
• Supports the MEP Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the Mechanical and electrical groups at site.
• Exciting Site measurements & Arrangement site storage for material.
• Planning the work as per site condition. All work done through SMACNA and DW-144 and refer to project specification.
• Attending the Quality & Safety meeting.
• Performs other related duties as may be required by the MEP Manager.
• Mobilizing men and material to site to start work.
• Site Progress Checking and Quality supervision & Instruction as per company standards.
• Arranging power and safety equipment on site by coordinating main contractor office.
• Successful Completion and the Installation of the systems.
• Following the instruction given by MEP Manager.
