➢ Reviewing performance and auditing the whole HSE Management
system, interpretation of the law regarding matters of HSE and applying
it
➢ HSE inspection including work environment, occupational health, power
tools & hand tools inspections, housekeeping inspection, lifting
equipment’s & tackles, permit to work, inspection, monitoring of tool box
talks
➢ Organize HSE meetings
➢ Monitoring the procedures of PTW (Permit to Work System)
➢ Preparation of risk assessment for each activities and explaining (the
hazards involved in the job and how to eliminate the risk) to the working
crews/teams
➢ Quick response to all the Emergencies
➢ Safety and Risk Mitigation of mountain slope trench and Cable laying.
➢ Risk of ALARP to Cable Jointing and Termination.
➢ Safety awareness with MSDS of Chemical handling.
➢ Terminals Fire Evacuation, Emergency Response Mock drills,
Emergency Preparedness
➢ Ensuring the safe system of Work At Height and Hot work Procedures
➢ Action Tracking Preparations and closeouts systems
➢ Maintaining firefighting and fire alarm systems.

 Leading and Managing ERT
 Maintaining safety work culture
 Emergency preparedness planning and review
 Emergency evacuation planning and conducting mock drills
 Operation and maintenance of firefighting and fire alarm systems
 Conducting weekly safety audits
 Conducting safety inspection for boilers and flammable liquid/gas utilities
