Job Responsibilities:
• File documents in physical and digital records (Update Logs).
• Copy, scan and store documents and Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
• Preparing submittals, transmittals and submit to the consultant.
• Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.
• Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support.
• Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion.
• Greet visitors and handle their inquiries.
• Handling Office Petty Cash.
Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing Site Staff attendance/muster roll.
• Liaison with project management team and client effectively and resolve problems and issues related to documentation.
• Memos & Miscellaneous Typing.
• Handling the Transportation of staff & maintaining daily vehicle records.
• Handling Office Petty Cash.
Job Responsibilities:
• Update logs of Shop drawings, Request for inspection, Material inspection MEP/Civil, Test report, Site clarification, Method statement, Clearance to proceed work, Pre-qualification, Document transmittal,
• Preparing all submittals, transmittals and submit to the consultant company
• Memos & Miscellaneous Typing
• Filing, Photocopying, Scanning Documents
• Co-ordination with Site Engineers/Supervisors & staff
• Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support
• Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office
• Answer telephone calls, give information to callers and take messages
• Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine Correspondence, and reports
• Greet visitors and callers, and handle their inquiries
