GENERAL RESPONSBILITIES
PUMPS
Corrective and Preventive Maintenance of All Types of P.D PUMPS and CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS including all as found checks like Alignment, Mechanical Seals Checks, Bearing Checks, as found Readings, Replacement of Damaged Parts and Install Pumps at site with allowable checks and Final Alignment.
COMPRESSORS
Centrifugal and P.D Compressors complete Maintenance and Overhauling, the major jobs are taking clearances of Journal and Tilting Pad Bearings, Clearances of Labyrinth Seals, as found Alignment, and other readings, Oil Floating Seal Overhauling and Maintenance, Maintenance of PD Compressors Valves, Leak Test of Valves, Repair and replacement of old or damaged parts and box up better than as found.
STEAM TURBINES
Maintenance and Overhauling of Multistage Steam Turbine made of Dresserrand and Single Stage Steam Turbine of Coppus, Major jobs was As Found all Readings, Bearings Inspection and Clearances of Journal and Tilting Pad Bearing, , Labyrinth Seals Measurements, Diaphragms DPT, Governer Maintenance, and Box up with better than as found readings. Other checks are Diaphragm Centering, Rotor Centering, Diaphragm Radial Slip, Butt Clearances, and Nozzle Gapes etc.
GAS TURBINE
Maintenance of Gas Turbine Combustion Chamber, Dismantling of Canes, Remove Cross Fire Tubes, Nozzles, and Liners.DPT of all these parts if damaged than replace with new on and box up carefully.
ALIGNMENT
I am experienced in Precise Alignments of Pumps, Compressors, Gear Boxes and Turbines. I am expert in Reverse Alignment and Rim & Face Alignment.
VALVES
Removal, Refurbishment, Boxup, Hydro Tests, Leak Tests and installation on site of all types of valves like Gate Valves, Globe Valves, NRV's, Plug Valve, Diaphragm Valves etc.
HEAT EXCHANGERS
Maintenance of U-tube, Straight Tube Heat Exchangers. Major Jobs Were Hydro testing, HP jetting, Mechanical Cleaning, and Leak Tests etc.
COOLING TOWERS
I have experience of cooling towers gear boxes overhauling, setting the angle of cooling towers fan blades.
