In this organization my responsibilities are;
Preparation of ITP, Preparation of Checklist, Preparation of ITR, Preparation on MIR, Review of Quality Procedure, review of FAT Procedure, attending the FAT Inspection, Site Inspection with Engineer and assign work for the Quality Inspectors.

• Installation of Sub Ballast layer, 1st Layer of Ballast, Mono block & B-Block Sleepers.
• Assembling of Ballast Track i-e Installation of Sleepers, Long Welded Rails, Unloading of 2nd layer of ballast, Tamping, and Profiling of Ballast.
• Supervision of Railway Welding Procedure and Weld Construction Works, Aluminothermic Welding PLA Process (Oxy-Propane) Mainline & Crossovers.
• Supervision of Flash Butt Welding, Fixed Plant @ Welding Train and MFBW - VAIA Car & MFBW Welding System Serstar V.
• Supervision of Production & Unloading of Long Welded Rails (LWR); Evaluation of Weekly Bend Tests of Flash Butt Welds on the Welding Train
• Geometrical Check after Final grinding of welded joint on Track by Recti Rail.
• Supervision of Rail Destressing with Rail Tensors + Mobile FBWM - VAIA Car, SERSA MFBW Welding System - Serstar V.
• Long Welded Rails to Continuous Welded Rails - CWR Formation.
• Assembling and Installation of High Speed Track Turnout & Crossover.(R318, R500, R1760, R15000 & R10, 000)
• Supervision the work of Tamping Machine, Ballast Regulator and Track Stabilizer Machine.
• Installation of Hydraulically Bounded Layer of Concrete (Mass Concrete Layer MCL, Slab Track) with the Power Paver SF-1700.
• Installation of 2nd Layer of concrete of REHEDA-2000 Track System (Slab Track).
• Supervision of setting steel work, formwork of concrete, Temperature of Concrete & Pouring of Concrete.
• Carry Out the inspection according ITP, Preparation of QC Site Inspection Note, Checklist and Submitting the RFI and Reply of the amendments.
• Joint inspection with consultant. (DB International).

• Renewal of Railway Track, Rails, Sleepers etc.
• Inspection and Maintenance of all work related with the railway Track.
• Installation & maintenance of Rail Road level crossing.
• Installation & maintenance of Railway line culverts and bridges.
• Inspection & maintenance of Railway line side drains and catch water drains.
• Inspection & maintenance of Railway line tunnels.
• Assembling, Installation and maintenance of Turnouts.
• Manage the gang leaders and labors.
• Preparation of estimate for ballast, Sleepers & rails etc.
• Responsibility of store.

• Assembling of Turnout & replacement.
• Construction of new Railway lines.
• Supervision of Ballast cleaning project.
• Supervision of Complete Track Renewal project.
• Supervision of Tamping Machine work and Ballast Profile Machine work.

• Renewal of Railway Track, Rails, Sleepers etc.
• Inspection and Maintenance of all work related with the railway Track.
• Installation & maintenance of Rail Road level crossing.
• Installation & maintenance of Railway line culverts and bridges.
• Inspection & maintenance of Railway line side drains and catch water drains.
• Inspection & maintenance of Railway line tunnels.
• Assembling, Installation and maintenance of Turnouts.
• Manage the gang leaders and labors.
• Preparation of estimate for ballast, Sleepers & rails etc.
• Responsibility of store.

• Preparation of Rail panels.
• Supervision the loading of Rail panels & Sleepers.
• Work with CPG500 Track - Laying Machine.
• Check the quality of work in the back of CPG500 Track - Laying Machine.
• Manage the gang leaders and labors.

• Renewal of Railway Track, Rails, Sleepers etc.
• Inspection and Maintenance of all work related with the railway Track.
• Installation & maintenance of Rail Road level crossing.
• Installation & maintenance of Railway line culverts and bridges.
• Inspection & maintenance of Railway line side drains and catch water drains.
• Inspection & maintenance of Railway line tunnels.
• Assembling, Installation and maintenance of Turnouts.
• Manage the gang leaders and labors.

• Planning and Supervision of Civil Work.
• Preparation of daily progress report and material requirement report and submission to Construction Manager.
• Execute job in professionally sound manner and full filly the HSE requirements.
