• Build and develop excellent relationships with investors/owners

• Report weekly transactions for the work stream to higher management

• Attend meetings with CED - Chief Executive Director to assist in addressing and finalizing the operational issues

Achievements:
• PPPS closed with 3 deals for Al Furjan Plots - worth of AED 5.1M & all 15 developers at DMC were negotiating with top management
• Banks liabilities have been mitigated with 52% which is worth of AED 364M
• Majority of Long Term owners have swapped/ consolidated and liabilities are been dealt with
• Work closely with Corporate sales, marketing & customer services before the launch to be aligned with the business goals & objectives
• Responsible for strategy implementation, sales, marketing and customer services plan with all concerned Nakheel BU’s
• Monitoring sales process performance and report to the project Director
• Approach project management team to keep self and Director updated
about the project constructions and provide reliable feedback to the
customers in parallel
• Part of Hand over team to ensure that cases are closed within the given timeline
• Assisting the Director in developing a new payments plans for owners
• Approve marketing collateral, materials for the project before launch time
• Report JH outstanding payments on monthly basis
• Liaising with auditors at year end
