Coordination with Planning dept to finalise & update 3 months rolling plan for invoicing.
Arranging weekly meetings between Projects team and Planning, Design, Production & Sales team for monthly invoicing to meet Customer delivery requirements.
Listing down the design variations upon receipt of final drawing approval for Estimation dept to carry out Costing for Price variation. Then, getting approval from Customers for Price variation to improve Project margins. Keeping records of additions & deletions in the Project.
Ensuring that Contractual documents like Proforma Invoices, Bank Guarantees, Drawings, Test Certificates
are sent on time to Customers and ensure timely receipt of Drawing approval, advances, Letter of credits etc.
Systematic entry & updation of Customer complaints as well as site work into Site work register.
Arrange Customer inspections or obtain waivers.
