• Selection & Estimation of Pumps, its spare parts, interconnecting pipe works and control system based on the project specification.
• Preparing technical and commercial offers (tender/job in hand quotations) as per the project requirements/ specifications.
• Follow-up with the customer for the project status.
• Negotiating and finalizing technical offers and commercial terms.
• Preparing technical submittal & General arrangement drawings.
• Attending Technical queries from the customers for the approvals.
• Process clean order once the order finalized.
• Communicating effectively with the procurement, production and logistics team and updating the status of the materials to the customers.
• Preparation of close out documents like O&M Manual, spare parts, warranties etc.
• Close the aftermarket issues of executed jobs coordinating with the after sales team.
• Study of the market and bring new enquiries.
• Study the enquiries and the project specification
