- Articulate and implement an IT strategy and actualize it upon company requirements and goals change.

Scope: Managing of RIM, Process Management, Software development and applications support services for Western Europe companies
Processes management services - Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset and Configurations Management, Capacity and Release Management, Transition and Transformation.
Project and Project Portfolio Management - portfolio of 30-40 active projects from pre-sale and initiation to delivery, UAT/AIS and closure.
A distributed team volume under direct management ~100 FTE (headcount ~150 professionals) spread across three different locations.
Key Accountabilities:
- Team composition and management. Compose, lead, motivate and develop a service delivery team
- Adaptation of the standard delivery model.
- Identify, formalize and request non-standard skillset needed.
- Assignment of the project operations roles within the team.
- Lead different resource domains and cross-functional teams in a daily operation, troubleshooting and resolution of issues
- Manage and lead the major escalations, complaints and crisis activities
- Manage continuous service improvement - develop, communicate, execute and control the CSIP
- Manage the major problem-solving sessions and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Manage the Lean processes and methodologies implementation and follow up (Fujitsu’s Sense & Respond, Kanban, automation)
- Prepare the charge calculations for the service provided
- Prepare the forecast and manage the purchase orders (PO)
- Manage the PnL
- Manage contract and variation agreements (VA)
- Manage Operational level agreement and Service description (OLA/SD)
- Manage revenue plan.
- Manage vendor, 3rd party contracts relating to the service contract

The Customer have got at its disposal the system for management and monitoring of entire computing infrastructure, high-performance network and networking storage system.
The solution was implemented based on HP hardware - HP Blade system and servers, HP ProCurve Networking devices, HP StorageWorks x9720 NAS system, and HP “thin” (diskless) workstations. Most of the servers were implemented using MS Windows 2008 Server 64bit. Some of servers were installed with RHEL 5.5 in accordance with Customer requirements.

3. Data Center project across 8 branches (Oracle 10g Real Application Cluster, HP-UX 11i, HP EVA 4100/6300 SAN Storage). MS Terminal Services (cluster, load balancing) and HP “Thin-Clients” diskless workstations (Windows CE and XP Embedded with RDP) at users‘ side.
4. Internet- and mobile- banking systems development and implementation in production environment (.Net web-services, MS IIS, Oracle database).
