• Support the Head of the Corporate Development.
• Direct contact with all the departments for job related issues such as developing new
system, enhancing quality services and staffs performance, budget allocations and
allowances, and customer satisfaction reviews.
• Train new staffs, check/audit daily staff’s performance.
• Monitor annual leaves, sick leaves, unplanned leaves and short leaves of the staffs.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly performance of the staffs.
• Prepare monthly schedule of the staffs.
• Prepare yearly Budget Allocation Report
• Prepare monthly purchase order and monitor incoming and outgoing purchases.
• Prepare monthly KPI to Quality Department to evaluate staffs’ performance.
• Prepare and execute the training schedule in the system.
• Assist Technical and Financial departments for corporate jobs.
• Provide internal and external customers a point of contact for educational servicesrelated questions and opportunities, and assisting them in their queries and pointing
them in the right training direction.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
and follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Screen incoming correspondence, requests for scheduling the classes and changing the
classes’ appointments.
• Provide excellent telemarketing
