Implementation of a quality system in Ministry

Efficiently conducted a brainstorming session with the manufacturing, technical and quality teams to resolve an issue of leak on the bag assembly which included technical and machine investigation, conducting different tests and analysing test results while focusing on defect resource and implementing corrective and preventive actions which resulted in a reduction in the number of customer complaints from 37 to 9 in just one year.
•Effectively organised a meeting with concerned individuals of the company to address a critical nonconformity issue from a customer audit regarding the ‘subcontractor not being qualified’ and defined a set of specifications after discussing with the subcontractor and obtaining his approval as well as integrating the same in the quality documentation system; further implemented a qualification subcontractor system which included an annual evaluation of all subcontractors and regular audits of the qualified subcontractor.
•Successfully created a work team to develop a quality system which included quality documentations such as quality manuals, policies and procedures along with implementing a quality control system which included defining control specifications, accepting criteria, controlling instructions and training controllers.
•Directed the implementation of a qualification machine which comprised installation qualification, production qualification and performance qualification including definition of criteria's acceptance, qualification tests and sequence of requalification.
•Authored the implementation of a product qualification which comprised defining technical specification of each product, defining of acceptance criteria's of each product along with definition control in process and acceptance product control for each type of product.
•Introduced an internal quality audit system which enabled the company to obtain an ISO certification two years post starting production.
•Directed the implementation of FDA (goods and drugs administration) specifications for three products which were delivered to an American customer as well as obtaining an FDA registration for three products in the company.
•Internal non conformities and cost of rejects products and raw material were costing the company around 180000 EUROS/year. Successfully Implemented the quality measures which resulted in reducing nonconforming products to 62000 a year.
•At Kamy - Successfully implemented the H.A.C.C.P programme in the food industry company.
Supervised the manufacturing of medical device products and equipments in Tunis, Tunisia.
•Proficiently implemented an autonomous external and internal audits system and managed a Tunisian trained team of auditors as well as setting specifications for new customers.
