 Responsible for creating the service sequence for all the departments (Recreation Facilities, Food & Beverage, Banquet & Conference and Meeting Rooms) and ensure that the team adheres to it for consistent service and better guest satisfaction.
 Support the Head of Hospitality in coordination of organizational and administrative function of the Operation and to monitor standard performance against business support and hospitality services.
 Ensure that Food & Beverage departments are strictly adhering to Abu Dhabi Food Control and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards

 Coordinate with external service providers and ADIA, to ensure all the services meet the ADIA’s standard.
 Contribute to the preparation, negotiation and the review of contracts, RFP, RFQ, SOP, Policies and Procedures.
 Prepare and submit regular reports, documentation, and presentation for the superiors / managers.
 Assist with purchasing and recommendations of items.
