▪ Witnessing & carrying out USFD & MT test done for rail welds according to EN 14587(Flash butt
welding of rails ) and EN14730 ( Aluminothermic welding of rails)
▪ Witnessing Bend, Hardness, fatigue, Micro - Macro Test for rails welding according to the a/m EN
standard.
▪ Performing internal audit in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.

1. Inspecting fabrication and NDT of pressure static equipment (PRESSURE VESSEL, COLUMN, HEAT EXCHANGER, AIR COOLER, MOUNTED SKID, FIRED FURNACE ( start from receiving raw material till complete fabrication and issue release for shipment.
2. Conduct fit up and dimension inspections as per Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and Non Destructive Testing (NDT) activities, RT, UT, MT, PT, PAUT, TOFD .
3. Preparation of all N.D.E. procedures Required such as R.T, U.T, M.P.I, P.T, Visual Test, HYDROSTATIC Test procedure according ASME VIII, ASME V and other construction codes.
4. Instructor for NDT courses (PAUT, TOFD, PT, VT, MT, UT, RT ) & CWI .
5. Preparation of the manufacturing data book including all inspection procedure and reports, material mill test certificates, drawing and calculation and data reports. All paper review by ASME representative (AUTHORIZED INSPECTOR) and client inspector.
6. Supervising on all repair required to many static equipment to many petroleum company. Prepare repair procedure and follow up then obtain “R” Stamp according NATIONAL BOARD INSPECTION CODE.
7. Follow up different welding process (SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW and SAW).
8. Welding inspection for Pipe line.
9. Arrange and witness the heat treatment processing.
10. Preparing repair procedure and select related WPS and witnessing of repair activities for in service pressure vessels and static equipments.
11. Arrange and witness pressure tests on equipments after fabrication or repair and during start-up including hydrostatic and pneumatic tests.
12. Review material certificates and conduct material traceability.
13. Carry out Inspection and witnessing NDT works.
14. Performed inspection of welding by the newest Automatic ultrasonic inspection system (AUT) from RTD company (Rotoscan device) in Elshararah-Mellittah-30” pipeline project in Libya.
15. performed inspection of welding by the newest ultrasonic inspection system (TOFD & PAUT) from AGR company(TD Handy Scan) & OLYMPS ( MX2)
16. Interpretation and using of the international codes & standards which used in fabrication and testing of oil &gas facilities (ASME, API, DIN, AWS, ANSI………….etc.).
17. Ensure that adequate quality records are kept.
I was graduated from the department of Metallurgical & Material Science Engineering From the faculty of petroleum and mining engineering. The main studies in this Department was in Material protection from corrosion in petroleum Constructions, Metal Testing ( Non destructive testing using UT, RT, MT, PT and Destructive Testing) ,Metal Forming , Steel Making, Casting of metals
