Booking export cargo & coordinating the process with Amman terminals, the customers, the
shippers, Aqaba Office and ACT.
- Receiving booking request from customers through IRIS system.
- Once booking is confirmed, container release order CRO is sent to shipper
- Informing & Coordinating with Depots to release required number of containers to
customers.
- Receiving daily container movement records from depots and updating containers
movements on local (Awael) and global (IEIS) systems.
- Create Bill of Lading through IRIS II system and issue a performa Bill of lading.
- Sending loading list of full containers to Aqaba Office before vessel arrival to insure proper
loading of cargo.
- Sending proforma of B/L for customers for their final checking.
- Sending drafts of B’s/L and cargo manifest to containers department in Aqaba.
- Receive loading list that shows all registered containers and seal numbers from Aqaba
office and compare them with IRIS II to insure there's no discrepancy .
- Retrieve EDI manifest from IRIS II and insert to AWAEL system to prepare proforma invoices
and send them to customer requesting them to pay the invoices and obtain the bills of
lading.
- Sending freight manifest, booking list & freight charge list to disbursement department
after vessel's departure.
- Communicating with our agents and responding to any inquiry.
